Eviction without notice!
By Diva
My situation is that I was living as a renter in a condo on a 1 year lease, and my Airconditioner went out. The landlord said he would fix it, and I was forced to move into a Hotel. It has now been 6 weeks, and my lease is up and he wants me to vacate. What steps can I take to sue for back rent and hotel expenses?
