Ex landlor harasment

Can my ex landlord come to my new residence and ask me for the money i owe him from previuos rent with him? i dont know how he found my new address and my new cell number!!! so hes been calling me and came to my new residence and ask information from one of my new neigbours about my self!!! no information was given to him!!! what can i do? i owe him $2440.00
