Forced insurance

Can the apartment complex force tenants to have personal renters insurance.

The apartment complex can only recommend to their tenants to get renter’s insurance. They cannot force for anyone to get anything. If you’re being forced, file a complaint against your landlord. RPA has that option through their complaint center. |
