GETTING THE FULL DEPOSIT BACK

DECEMBER OF 2008 WE MOVED IN A TRAILER AND SIGNED A YEARS LEASE AND PAID A 450 DEPOSITWE ARE JUST NOW MOVING OUT AND EVERYTHING IS IN THE SAME CONDITION AS WHEN WE MOVED IN EXCEPT THE WEAR AND TEAR ON THE CARPETS I AM SHAMPOOING THE CARPETS BEFORE I LEAVE. SHOULDNT WE GET OUR FULL DEPOSIT BACK???
