i havr rented from rose properties llc. in polo run apts in greenwood, in for 5 years. myyearly leade is renewable in nov. i was ofgered a gull tim job w the may 13 which includes a 20% discount inrent. they failed to tell me that my rent wud be brought up to market value before my discount. i took the job. now june 3 they want me to sign a new lease and have increaed y rent by $50 a month. can they do this?
