does anyone know a 100% free web site that i can check my landlords back ground history? my landlord/apartment manager has really lost her mind,she is harrassing every tenant in the complex well every one she hasnt evicted or ran off.  she has only been managing our complex for 3 short months,do you think the owner knows or would approve of her running everybody off. and how will rge owner pay his mortage payment if there is no apts. occupied to pay him.what can we do she really is crazy and she is real close to getting criminal charges pressed on her!!!! what do we do please help!!!!
