Landlord evicted me due to the complaint

By Craig Moon

I filed a complaint 08/14/2013 complaint23-2708, if  you read my complaint I spoke with the landlord prior to the 1st of August. I explained the bed bug problem and that I had spent the rent money purchasing items to get rid of the bed bugs.  the landlord stated I  could pay on the 17th of August.  The 17th was a Sat and the landlord was in Sedona. August I went to his office and advised once my girlfriend got there, I would pay him he stated that was fine. He received the complaint later that day and knocked on my door very upset "WHAT IS THIS & WHAT DO YOU WANT ME TO DO WITH IT!"  About an hour later he can’t to my door with an eviction notice.  In court the judge would not listen, even caught the landlord in a lie!
