landlord foreclosure without notifying tenan

The house Im renting is in foreclosure and I just found out 3 weeks ago by notice on my front door which the aution was scheduled today. my landlord tect me to put rent in her bank account so she could pay for her daughters graduation. apparently shes trying to modify the loan unemployeed. in 10 months shes gotten 22k out of me knowing she was in foreclose. the lenders said shes no payments since 2009. Do I continue to pay her or just hold o hold on to the rent and move. will she have eviction grounds thou she fraudulantly rented the property. khris (909)684-0907/// piinut31@gmail.com
