Landlord not responding quickly-bathroom leak and mold!

By Anon

My landlord has known that our shower pan is leaking and that the carpet nearby is moldy, and I have called her about this for 3 weeks. Still nothing has been done? Today she said that the owner will be in contact with me on Monday (at his convenience he’ll be over, I don’t think so) to look at the problem. I have a small baby and I am very concerned about the mold spores. Do I have any legal recourse? I am planning to move out ASAP, so I don’t care if she likes me at the end of this or not.

Thank you!
