Landlord refused to fix anything and then kept my deposite

After almost 2 years, I had to move out of my house- being transferred for my job. My landlord in retaliation keeps my deposite ($375) saying I did not cut the grass and maintain the appliances…

1.) The appliances were cleaner than when I moved in, another tenant was moving into the residence within 3 days of my departure.

2.) My lawn mower broke and landlords son began mowing my yard.

3.) I left a washer and dryer in the residence- landlord was supposed to pay me for ($75).

4.) Heating oil in the furnance was not reimbursed by the landlord as agreed either (120 gallons- i.e. over $300).

5.) Many, many maintenance issuses were never fixed by the landlord as required by law-

      -storm door that shattered and blew off last winter was never replaced.

      -black mold covered the walls, ceiling, floor and cabinets in the main bathroom- I scraped and repainted the walls.

      -blackmold from the bathroom in the lower bedroom wall and windows.

      -clogged drain pipe from the master tub drain, landlord came in and opened sewage directly into basement- never repaired.

      -broken basement window, previous tenant had broken and landlord had promised repair.

      -faulty wiring throughout the home with no ground on any outlet.

      -front porch roof caved in from winter snow, unable to use front door, never repaired.

      -sunshades over all windows damaged by winter snow, never repaired.

      -mold and rotting timber under carpeting in master and upstairs bath.

I also suspect my landlord was in and out of my home many times when I was not home, food missing from my refridgerator, tv channels changed, and even my dirty laundry moved… I feel my rights were violated. Can I file a complaint?
