Landlord repair

By Benton

Where can I file a complaint about my landlord for substandard repairs? I pay my rent on time every month, yet repairs are never acceptable. For more than 30 days I have been unable to use my master bedroom because I’m afraid the ceiling will collapse. Water stains are everywhere and spreading.  The kitchen ceiling had already collapsed…both rooms have "been repaired recently" yet I continue to hear water dripping in the bedroom ceiling. Almost everyday the roofers claim to "fix it"…yet the sound of water dripping in the ceiling continues as soon as it is saturated.  Sometimes the water drips through the light fixture.   It is the worst it has been in 2 years.

I was told I did not have to pay rent for this month and they are desperately doing everything they can. My apartment is very BEAUTIFUL. A renovated and upgraded condo in an excellent location.

What should I do? What is my recourse legally?
