landlord responsible for fumigation?

By marsinaries

I’m a renter who has just moved out of an apartment.  I left the place in immaculate condition.  Now the landlord is implying they will deduct the cost of fumigation from my security deposit as they discovered cockroaches.  What are my rights here?
