landlord wants to evict me but not my husband

By alicesonjordan

Recently, issues occurred between me and my landlord. I am married and me and my husbands names are both on the rental agreement.  Due to the issues between the landlord and I, he now wants to evict me but not my husband.  Can he do this legally?
