Landlord/Estate property taking up my garage

We moved in "early" to a property that was not scheduled to be ready for occupancy until 7/1. We painted, cleaned, and agreed to allow items to remain in the garage for several weeks until they could be removed. The original period was 3 weeks, now it’s been 10 weeks and we keep getting put off by the LL. Anything further we can legally do?
