leak in my restroom,

By

On Monday October 10.2011 i  came home during lunch hour, i noticed a leak in my restroom, toilet was over flowing, i went into the office and informed them about it, i was told some one will be out there. i left. i came back home about five thirty and my entire apt was flooded. the call center tried to contact managers and were unable to reach any one. Tuesday code complience mainance and carpet people arrived, agreements were made with code complience and mangement
Wendsday October 12, i went into office for a letter stating the situation for work excuse, another manager wanted to disscuss incident, she stated that since there were many damages and repairs that needed to be repaired, it would be costing them too much money they didnt have. so she stated that voiding my lease or raising my rent was the only option.

It wasnt my fault what had happend and i dont think its fair what is happing, i live with my three children and its bad enough im replacing personal damages. i signed and renewed my lease two weeks ago. my rent was already raised at this point.
