Loud Noise complaints

Hey,
My dtr came out to visit for a couple of days and one of the neighbors told my dtr to shut up and that they would put a bullet in the window this was around 8:35 p.m the landlord called me and explained that my children can only visit me one at a time not the whole family. He stimuplated that they were staying with me and that if nothing changed you would have to evict me. I told the landlord my children were visiting not staying with me.
please help
