my landlord disconnected my power and destroyed the fuse-box.

My landlord did as I said in my title then later that day came over with a notice letter that was full of lies about monies owed and conversations he said took place.  This was on a Saturday, then on Monday the man came with a detainer warrant.  Any advice would help.  I have an attorney from legal aid so I need to know everything to take her.  I have a 12 year old daughter and we are running a generator that is expensive.  I have sent him a note that he signed for through a courier asking him nicely to repair the box and a certified letter telling him what he has done to us.
