need advice

my elderly and physically handicapped friend has been served a notice to evict from the mobile home park she lives in because she told the groundskeeper not to mow her grass as she has someone else do it and she did not want to be charged for it.her home is not in good enough shape to be moved she is efforting a new place to live on her fixed income.she has ordered amoving pod and in the process of loading it and the park management call the business that rents her the moving pod and demand that they remove the pod immediatly or it will be towed away,now the pod rental place is coming in the morning to relocate the moving pod to their business location. is this legal ? any advice as to what rights she has ?we live in chattanooga tennessee
