Neighbors from Hell

I have neighbors that stay on top of me in my apartment comples and they fight, slam things on the floor, stomp continuously and have kids running through the apartment or it just might be them running. After the first time I complained it got worse and worse and finally after several complaints it quited down for 3 months only. Now the same thing is happening. It’s time for me to sign a new lease and I haven’t found another place and will be forced to sign another lease for another year. I’m going to talked to management one more time and if that dosen’t work, what can I do?
