New renter needs more room, current renter not making allowances

By Naperrental

Entered into a month to month oral agreement with tenant in October. "Share" of residential home (with another renter) included 1 bedroom, shared use of another, with third bedroom for "other renter". Original "another renter" moved out.  New renter needs to have 2 bedrooms instead of 1 1/2. Current renter will not budge. I am going to tell current renter since it’s month to month, she has to allow for new renter to have full use of "spare bedroom" or I will serve her with 30 day notice. Any other suggestions?
