No access…
By jp
I lve in New Jersey and the apartment I’m renting is attached to a restaurant. I have my own furnace and water heater, but they’re loacated in a room in the back of the restaurant and I have no access to my electrical fuse panel or the Emergency furnace/water heater shut off switch (it’s natural gas). In the event of an emergency or tripped (blown) fuse, if the restaurant isn’t open, I can’t get in. Is this legal?
