noisy neighbors for 5 months

 i have been dealing with noisy neighbors for months now. my landlords gave them a ten day notice when the noise started  five months later the problem is just worse. do i have the legal right to ask for my rent back? if so how far back am i allowed

Call the police whenever the noise is disturbing you. It’s your right to peace and quiet as a renter. The police usually notify the manager. I’ve had to do it myself. Also review your lease agreement. There’s normally something in it about noise.

I have called the police on them at least 10 times this month and am at my wit’s end, ill have a look at my lease and see what it has to say
