Three weeks notice to vacate

By Lisette

I went to court and was given 3 weeks notice to vacate, how do I go about getting more time before I get my things thrown out?

I don’t think there’s a way that can possibly extend your eviction because the court already gave you 3 weeks to vacate. All you can do is to find a new place and start packing all your stuff.

I agree with May opinion that court have already provided 3 week of time or take help of landlord by requesting to extend the same without intimating the court…

Hope this can help in resolving the issue. TC
