The main reason for eviction in most cases would be when a tenant hasn’t paid his or her monthly dues. If you have paid on time without any delay, the landlord should not evict you unless otherwise lease has expired. In your case though, you can try talking first with your landlord and make sure you have kept receipts of your payments. If your landlord doesn’t explain his side you could always file a complaint. RPA offers a complaint center for tenants like you. By the way, disability shouldn’t be a reason for eviction unless stated in your agreement. This is RPA’s complaint center : http://www.rentalprotectionagency.com/complaint_center.php
