on-line rental payments and ignored service requests

By Amy O'Shea

I was under the impression that my landlord had to notify my in writing of any changes to my lease.  My lease states that the landlord may take away my right to pay on-line and require certified funds should I have an NSF check.  Well I did have a payment I made on-line returned NSF.  Does the landlord have to notify me that I am required to make payment in the form of certified payments from now on or can they just shut of my ability to pay on-line?
