pay rent during eviction process?

By jemc

The rental we are living in is now owned by a bank – we had short notice that landords were  in default. It’s my understanding that we have a right to a 90 day notice.  They have offered a "cash for keys" deal which I think we will decline as we can’t move in 10 days.  They will then most likely give us our 90 day eviction notice.  During that time are we required to pay rent to the bank or their rental management company? I’m thinking if they are evicting us due to the owner’s forclosure and no other reason we could use that 3 months rent money to put towards the cost of moving.  What are our rights here?
