              my landlord is trying to charge me for a pair of goggles that were found stuck in the  pools filtration system. We currently are leasing a house that has a private pool. The lease agreement states that we are responsible for the maintenance of the pool. A pool specialist was called out because the creepy crawler(pool vacuum used for cleaning) was no longer providing the proper sucking power to clean the pool water. The landlord provided us with a creepy crawler however the landlord did not provide a skimmer basket to prevent large objects to enter the pipe system.  The stoppage was caused by goggles that the pool specialist located in the pool pipes. The goggles did not belong to us, are we still responsible to pay for the pool specialist repair?
