probelem with leaks n more

ok this is my problem n not sure what i can do or where i can get help but we found a leak under the sink in kitchen fixed the one was small then found another where as we had to take everything the landlord had under sink out its a furnished house btw and found a hole in wall that goes to dirt with feces n u can see leaking down the wall attached to bathroom and stinks like sewage and we know if we leave before end of lease we still have to pay n our rent it 375 per wk n its paid up n we r broke completely right now always am after paying plus i wont get my dep baack the plumber i am afraid is calling code enforcement tomorrow and he says we wont be able to stay here i need to know my rights and myoptions on what to do thank you
