problem with flying termites in apt landloard not doing anything

hi can someone please tell me what to do my land lord, i have flying termites in my sons room for the past 3 days and he wont do anything about them. my son wont even go in the room to sleep. is there something i can do he is not a bad person he is very nice but i think having these is bad and a professional needs to be called in from nj so i dont know the laws here

Hi Renee! So Sorry to hear about your problem on flying termites. Normally when it comes to flying termites the one responsible to pay for the treatment is the landlord that is unless proven otherwise that the tenant brought the bed bugs in. You can determine it by hiring a professional exterminator. If determined that you did not brought the termites in then your landlord must pay for the treatment.
