Problem with Landlord for WC repairs

Dear Team,

We are staying in rented place for past 50 yrs. Landlord is least supportive and has ego issues. He has stopped taking rent and is not ready to repair common toilet.
My parents are senior citizen and i want to build toilet inside my house or just outside. Landlord is not accepting our letters nor giving permission. He also has made entrance gate small to harass us.
Please show us way ahead
