problem with rent
By is it legal to raise a rent for an apt without a lease any amount the landlord wishes
we have had no lease in our apt for 9 years, The last raise was a $100 about 3 years ago. Without a lease is a landlord allowed to just raise a rent to whatever they want? What rights do we have if any?
