problem wth tenant downstairs

My family and  have been living in our upstairs 2 story appartment for 1 yr now and just reciently the tenant has been complaining alot that we r walking too loud. i kee telling our manager tat we are only walking and on occastion my 5 yr old daughter will rum or throw herwself to te floor in a temper tantrom and he hastold this to the lady below us but she wont let up on the complaints… what do i dom… can we be evicted for walking too loud… we are usually in bed by 7pm at nigt cause my husband has 2 be up for work by 4am…i have lost i can complan about them.. do i give them a taste of wat they are doing or do i just let it go with a smile on my facehe
