during one of the last storms a tree fell on the roof of my apatment and also on my jeep, the landlords fixed the roof but there insurance would not cover the damage to my jeep are the owners liable to pay for my jeep to be repaired and also I had to get a rental car are thy liable to that also.

If the jeep is in the lease then it can be covered by the owner :).

I think the owner is not liable to your jeep’s damaged. It’s not their intention to let the tree fall and create damages to ones property. The problem with your jeep is caused by the storm. Check your lease if you can find a way to help the repair with your jeep.
