I rented a condo through a private owner back in July . When we arrived at her condo it was not even cleaned since last renters left. Was false advertisement because pictures did not look like what she sent. We left the condo and ended up renting through another condo. She verbally told use she would refund our money. Here it is Jan 2015 and we still have not heard anything from her. I have seen many reviews with the same complaints. Even after our stay she is continuing to do the same to other people. She is false advertising and taking peoples money!! Are there anything you guys can do to prevent this lady from doing this . Her name is Susan Chen . Tallahasse, FL
