Relocation due to neighbor nuissance

My neighbour uptairs is a continuous noise nuissance and the apartment complex management.. is in process of filing lease violations etc against them. In the meanwhile, I cannot continue to live with the problem and they have agreed to move me to a different building- should the apartment complex not bear my moving expenses?
