renting a sinking house with no foundation

By Erika

2e have lived in this house for 2 years my husband got laid off so we häd to move into a smaller home. Our same landlord found us a cheaper home. It was dirty when we moved in and cleaned it to pay for our deposit. We have asked several times for the huge hole in the back door to be fixed the windows be fixed..ect the list goes on….to top it this house has no foundation and is sinking very bad. I have a 9 month baby boy that has to be subject to unsafe unhealthy living conditions.she has not fixed anything there is mold in the windows rotting walls.windows that leak air. Electrical problems. What steps do I take to get assistance to get out of here when I have no money and want her to be responsible for finding me a home. I live in Washington state.
