RETALIATION DUE TO US COMPLAINING

BECAUSE WE COMPLAINED ABOUT THE NEXT DOOR TENANT LEAVING THE AFTERMATH OF HIM CUTTING THE IN FRONT OF OUR WALK WAY WE WAS CONFRONTED NOT ONLY BY PROPERTY MANAGER BUT BY THE MANAGEMENT OWNER MIND YOU THE NEXT DOOR TENANT IS THE PROPERTY MANAGER ‘S SON AND WE HAVE BEEN TOLD TO LEAVE 2DAYS LATER

If you filed a complaint with the Rental Protection Agency against your landlord, you are protected against landlord retaliation. If you complained directly to the landlord, that would not provide any protection against landlord retaliation.

If you filed a complaint you can contact your agent assigned to your case; he will stop the eviction.
