Roaches in Apartments in Dallas Tx

THERE IS SO MANY ROACHES HERE THAT THEY ARE CREATING A WHOLE NEW SPECIES!!!! 
noisy neighboors and loud music at all hours of the night, and the office gives you a number for a security company that doesn’t even work here… is so bad here that when you call 911 they take almost an hour to get here even tho the police station is a block from the apartments, there is prostitutes waiting on the corners I JUST CAN’T STRESS HOW BAD IT IS LIVING HERE!!!!
