Service dog requirements regarding pet deposits/fees
By Janell Jonn
I have a letter from my oncologist saying a companion dog would benefit me. Can the apartment management require an extra deposit or fee for my companion dog? The management does allow pets however their fee/deposit is very high. I have not purchased the dog yet as I need to know what the law is surrounding this issue.
