Short Sale in Minnesota – notice to vacate
By
I am living in an foreclosed apartment in Minnesota. We are currently in the middle of the the six month redemption period but the landlord is attempting a short sale before this expires. If the property is sold what kind of notice to vacate are we required by law to receive? I know it is 90 days if the bank does take ownership after the redemption period but I am not sure what happens after a short sale.
