Smokers in apartments |

I just moved in to a new apartment complex and soon found out there is a smoker in the building. The starwell reaks of smoke and when the air condtioner runs my apartment smells of cigarettes. I am a non smoker and have asthma. I find the smell just foul. Is there anything I can do to get the complex to stop this from happening. I went to the office already and was told they allow smoking in there buildings and they would investigate. Tonight is my first night in the place and we will see if this affects my asthma. | |||
