I have recently moved into my building and have a 1 year lease. My problema is that I have severe asthma and a smoking neighbor has just moved in next door. My clothes, bedding, furniture …. all smell like a cigarette. I have complained on at least 3 occasions but am not getting any results. Help me, Please, before I die. | |||
