Sublease

I rented the apartment for 12 months and it about to complete in Jan 2010 and i lost my job and moved to different state, so i gave my apartment to sublease to other person and leasing office people doesn’t know that i gave it as sublease to other person t save the 2 months rent because of job loss. leasing office manager came to know when the third person went and said that the rent will be delayed for 4 days and will pay with fine. Manager didn’t agree her to stay in that and wanted her to add in the lease abut the he/she doesn’t want to be added in the lease as his/her credit is bad. Rent was paid on the last day of the penalty date with fine. Now when I ask the third person to vacate he/she not interested to vacate till the lease expires that is 2 months of time. because again it costs him/her and again need to search. Now leasing manager said he will tell to the company attorney and will send a notice to the apartment.

SO what shall I do now. I can say that i didn’t sublease the apt and i told to my friend to stay init as still there is 2 months of time and still i will be the responsible for the rent payment and apartment property. 

Manager doesn’t have any proof what I subleased.

what shall i do now? what will happen?
