My mother who is now in in-house hospice work for the landlord for 2yrs for $50 a month. WQe are now putting a case together with the labor board. Can he evict us because we are suing him?

I have paper work stating that the landlords harrasment has adversly affected her health. What can i do about that? can I sue him for that also.
