Tenant is smoking in my home.

Can I evict a tenant from my home for smoking in the home?  Stipulation #13 in the lease states no smoking in home.  I don’t want to go to court and have the judge just slap them on the hand and tell them to quit smoking in the home.  I want them out!  We are only 4 months into the 12 month lease.
