Mold!!

on Jan. 14th I found mold under my bathroom sink, I notified my property management, and the property manager came and looked at the mold the followng day.
6 days passed and no action has been done. I called my propery mng. and left a message with the office. Nobody returned my calls.
Jan. 26th I visited the office andrefused to leave until something was done. a work order had been sent for the maintenance people to come the folllowing day. Jan 27th Maintenance people came cut a hole on back of wall of where the mold was located then left.
January 30th a friend gifted me a Mold test kit. on Feb 2nd my son became very ill I took him to the doctor and he is right now on a breathing machine for the 1st time, his chest is very congested and could not breath. that same day I followed the instructions on the mold kit and sent it to a lab it is February 3rd today. please somebody help!! how can i handle this properly and quickly, I am very scared!
