the house we are renting is in forclosure
By Loralee
Three months ago we rented a house in Alabama. This past weekend we found out that this house is in forclosure and will be autioned off on the courthouse steps the first week in September. I am wondering what our rights are? How fast do we have to move? Needless to say we are strapped for money and very upset that this landlord had to have known this was going to happen. What are our options? Please help.
