the landlord is selling our rental house

By living in a pit

We are renting in Pennsylvania and have a lease for this house that goes until the end of April 2011.  Nothing in our lease agreement says anything about the owner/landlord selling the property during our lease period.  But, the landlord has put the property up for sale and there is a lockbox on the house.  We are expected to put up with showing after showing, the landlord says we have to keep our dog and kids out of the way when there is a showing, and he also says we have to remove the mousetraps that we’ve placed because the house is infested with mice.  Not only is this a major inconvenience, but we feel that our privacy and right to quiet enjoyment of the rental property is being violated.  Do we as renters have any legal rights in this situation?  What about our belongings… who is responsible if something of ours "walks away" or is damaged during a showing?  Many thanks in advance for your advice… I can’t wait to move out of this pit, but in the meantime we are stuck with this….
