they are selling our unit

By Abbey

My partner and i have been in our unit for about 2 months now. We have signed a 12 month contract. We were told a few days ago that they are selling our unit. The real estate agent told me on the phone that we are protected by our cotact for the 12 month period unless a buyer wants to pay us out. I hav heard that a buyer can giv 2 months notice and we could be evicted. Which of these are correct? And is there anything else i need to know, be consered about or any questions that i should be asking??
