They had our car towed for no reason

We live in a mobile home community and own our home. We parked our car in a public parking area provided by the park for vehicles. We were not blocking the dumpsters. Our car is legal with current tags and inspection sticker. Do we have legal recourse to get the fees associated with getting our car back from the landlord?
